Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered. If there is an issue with the shipping address, please message us through our contact page or send an email to service@birdwell.com as soon as possible.
If two orders are placed separately, they will be shipped separately and cannot be combined.
Customers who spend over $250 will receive a free North Pole Sweater ($65 value) with their order - while supplies last.
To receive the North Pole Sweater promotion, the order subtotal must be over $250 and the North Pole Sweater will need to be added to your cart. The product is not automatically added to your cart. No code is needed.
The North Pole Sweater promotion cannot be added to past orders.
Not applicable to gift card orders. No credit returns or exchanges are allowed on the promotional product. Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Delivery before Christmas does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Birdwell.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders over $200.
Standard: After 1-3 day processing, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Expedited: After 1-3 day processing, your order will arrive within 3 business days.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to your order shipping. Note that peak periods (holidays and promos) may result in additional processing time.
During peak periods, shipping carriers can experience delays which may affect an order’s estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.
International Shipping
Birdwell does ship internationally. Carriers and pricing will be available during checkout. We do not ship via freight forwarders.
Taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Holiday Returns Extended Dates
Products purchased between 11/19-12/10 have an extended return date of 1/10/25. Otherwise, the return date will be 30-days from date of purchase.
All products marked as final sale are ineligible for a return. All other promotional sale products purchased between 11/19-12/31 are eligible for store credit or exchange only. No returns for refund will be offered.
Return Policy
Unused, unworn, and unwashed Birdwell products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Final sale products and customs cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return my order?
Domestic customers can start a return or exchange at any time by visiting our Returns Center – here.
Follow the steps in the Return Center to request a return. Once your return has been created, you will receive a return shipping label via email, and you may drop your package at any USPS location.
Please only send your return(s) with the label we provide through our Return Center. Contact us at service@birdwell.com if any questions or concerns arise.
For international returns, please contact us at service@birdwell.com.
How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed?
Please allow up to 90 days for your return to be processed after it has arrived at our warehouse. Peak periods can result in longer processing times.

Discount codes are not stackable with sale promotions or other codes. One discount per product will be accepted at checkout. We cannot apply a discount code once an order has been placed.
To apply a code, enter the entire code exactly how it was received under "Discount code or gift card" at checkout.
Thanks so much for being a loyal Birdie Rewards member! We truly appreciate your support.
After some thought, we’ve decided to end the Birdie Rewards program due to limited participation, with the final day being November 8, 2024. Any points you have will expire on that date.

Starting 12/16/24, all orders placed for gift cards will be 20% off the amount purchased. The discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Promotional or discount codes may not be used to purchase an e-gift card.
E-gift card code will be sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout - no physical card will be mailed.
After the e-gift card has been purchased, to redeem it, you must enter the provided e-gift card code into the "Discount code or gift card" field during checkout.
E-gift cards do not have purchase limits or expiration dates. E-gift cards purchased on Birdwell.com are only valid on Birdwell.com and are not valid at any other authorized dealer.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. This promotion cannot be applied to past gift card purchases.
Free domestic expedited shipping is only valid on product purchases for $100 or more. Excludes gift cards.
